Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing product from iProduction.

If there is a manufacturing defect with our product, we will replace it free of charge including shipping cost.

You must have advised us of the fault by providing an evident. Some products we sell have a limited life and are subject to a variety of environmental conditions and general use so this policy does not cover wear and tear.

iProduction will replace any incorrectly supplied product(s) including shipping costs in free of charge. The incorrect shipped product(s) must be returned to iProduction prior to replacement being sent.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, no refund can be made once the printing is being processed. Any claims for defects, damages or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing to us within 3 clear days of delivery or, in the case of no-delivery within 14 days of dispatch of the goods.

In case you received a faulty or damaged product(s), you must return the product(s) in question, unused and in their original packaging to us. We reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting or credit your account if we deem a refund should be made. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the goods were misused or mishandled by you.
